Promotions and special periods

During sales or promotional campaigns such as Black Week, Cyberweek and Christmas, orders may experience slight delays in delivery times due to the high volume of orders.

Customs and International Shipping

Orders are shipped from Spain and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, as determined by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for covering these charges and for collecting the parcel in a timely manner. If these steps are not completed, the parcel may be held, abandoned, or destroyed.

In the event that the parcel is not collected voluntarily, or the duties and taxes are not paid, the order will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. In this case, the brand is exempt from any obligation to refund or resend the order.

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1091, 1254, 1258, and 1461), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer fails to receive the product due to reasons attributable to them—such as refusing delivery or not paying the applicable duties required for the parcel to be delivered.

In any of these cases, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the order benefited from a free shipping promotion, the equivalent cost of standard shipping based on the destination country will be deducted from the refund.

Receipt of orders

Any order showing evidence of having been damaged or tampered with must be rejected by the customer at the time of delivery.
If this is not possible, a claim must be filed with the final provider on the same day of receipt, or within a maximum of 24 hours, including photographs showing the condition of the parcel.
Without this documentation, the corresponding claim cannot be processed.

If at the time of delivery the packaging shows signs of tampering or visible damage, we recommend that you do not accept the order and notify us immediately by means of our Contact Form.

Delivery Incidents

If you have not received your order but it is recorded as delivered, please contact us within 7 days after the delivery date indicated by the carrier, to open an incident with the courier company.

Absent Receiver

If at the time of delivery there is an absence at the indicated address and the package cannot be delivered, our Courier Service will contact you in order to find an alternative delivery solution. If, even though alternative delivery solutions have been proposed, the package remains undeliverable on repeated occasions, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to reimburse the product or products purchased.
