Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. No second size exchanges are allowed. If you return an exchange, €11.97 will be deducted from your refund.

2. Gift card: You can choose to receive a gift card for the value of the returned items. With this option, the return shipping is free, and the card can be used for 1 year on our website. It's ideal if you want to exchange your items for others without paying return shipping fees or to gift it to someone special.

3. Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will return the amount using the same payment method used in your purchase. If you use our return label, a fee of €5.99 will apply.
