RETURN POLICY
All items purchased in D.Franklin through our web page, can be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product. All costs related to the return process will be charged to the customer.
*We are extending the repayment period until 10 January 2024 for purchases made after 15 November 2023.
CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT
In order for the return to be accepted by D.Franklin, the following requirements must be met:
That the product is returned in perfect condition and its use is not proven by its good condition and functioning.That the product does not suffer any damage due to improper use.Preservation of the original package. This forms part of the price of the product. Consequently, in case the product is not returned in its original package (keeping stickers, shirts, etc.), D.Franklin will be able to reduce the amount of the return, the equivalent value of the depreciation.
If any of the above requirements is not met, we understand that the product has suffered a depreciation by the following concepts:
Box of the product in question: 5 €Any other element that carries the box: 3 € (stickers, protective sling, cleaning chamois cloth, label etc.): 3 €
Orders that have benefited from a 2x1, 3x2 or a gift promotion must be returned in their entirety in order to receive a refund.
Once the return is rejected, the customer will have 3 months to pick up the package from our central office, having to pay the collection costs. If the package has not been collected within 3 months, it will be given to charity.
EXCHANGES
We do not make changes of size or color, so if you want to exchange an item for another, you must make a return and make a new purchase with the desired item. Once the return is received, the refund will be effective, using the same method of payment.
